Guni's approach: Depending on what best fits a client's goal, Guni combines systemic constellations and structural constellation work. Her humor and precision make her a great teacher. A constellator of the first generation with life long experience as a therapist, she was one of the developers of process oriented constellations. Building on the structural constellation work of Matthias Varga von Kibed and Insa Sparrer, she may include a representative for the obstacle that holds you back, the secondary gain you get from your issue, or the hidden key that holds a solution. Or she might begin a constellation by representing a client's inner conflict between autonomy and belonging.
Guni's work is influenced by rituals and spiritual practice that aim at balancing body, heart and mind, and fostering harmony in all three dimensions. In her friendly, clear way she weaves the threads of life and healing, always gentle, but never avoiding confrontations between the client and the truth. During or after a case Guni explains her approach, inner process and interventions.
Background: Guni maintains a private practice in her native Austria and is active training professionals in constellation work throughout Europe and abroad, including leadership in 2013 of the Bernreid International Constellations Intensive. Guni has published several articles on family constellations and is co-editor of Verkörperungen, a book dealing with interconnections among bodywork, rituals and systemic constellations.
